About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Palisade service and this website. By creating a workspace or signing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

The service

Palisade connects to the sources you authorise, looks for exposed identities, devices, cloud resources and secrets, ranks what it finds and helps the right person close it. The service reports and routes; it changes your systems only through actions you have switched on.

Your account

  • You are responsible for who has access to your workspace and for keeping sign-in details safe.
  • You must have the right to connect each source you connect.
  • Tell us at hello@palisade.security as soon as you suspect an account has been misused.

Acceptable use

  • Do not point the service at systems you do not own or have no permission to assess.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not resell the service without a written agreement.

Plans, seats and payment

Plans are priced per seat and billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can add seats at any time; they are charged pro rata. If you remove seats, the change applies from the next billing period. Fees are not refundable except where the law or your order says otherwise.

Your data

You own your data and your findings. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy and the data processing agreement.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available around the clock and publish its status. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support hours and response times depend on your plan.

What the service is not

No tool finds every exposure. Palisade reduces risk; it does not guarantee that a breach cannot happen, and it is not a substitute for your own security judgement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from the workspace settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. After closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you before a material change takes effect. Palisade Security Ltd provides the service. Questions go to hello@palisade.security.

A plain starting template, not legal advice. Have your own counsel review it before you publish.
